EARN
The curriculum includes A1c tracking, lessons and
training on how, when, and what the numbers
mean for testing blood glucose and blood
pressures. Attendees will receive personal
equipment to use and with perfect attendance
retain their kit that also includes an identification
band, workbook, meeting reference handouts and
lots of other gifts that have made the sessions fun.
90 minute classes meet every Tuesday beginning
at 1:00 p.m. Those who register are expected to
make a 12-week commitment to attending every
session. Nutritional refreshments are served.
Each agenda includes informative films, videos
and PowerPoint programs taught by
diabetes educators with combined experience
of over 100 years of living with diabetes.
Private coaching sessions are included.
